2. Delivery & Packaging

Processing Time: Orders are processed upon payment confirmation (including weekends) and typically shipped within 48-72 hours.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are based on past experiences. We are not responsible for delays once the package has left our premises.

Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address. Any additional costs due to an incorrect address (e.g., reshipping fees, taxes, or customs duties) will be your responsibility.
3. Insurance & Damages

Parcel Insurance: All parcels are insured. However, you must inspect the contents before signing the delivery receipt. If the package is damaged, notify us immediately.

Defective or Missing Items:

Defective Products: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

4. Returns & Refunds

Non-Defective Returns: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

5. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the items transfers to you once the package leaves our premises. We are not responsible for:
